EzyHost ("we", "us", "our") operates the ezyhost.io website and platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely using bcrypt hashing). If you sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from those providers.
Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics on page views, referrers, and general geographic regions for sites hosted on our platform. IP addresses are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Paddle (for credit cards) and NOWPayments (for cryptocurrency). We do not store credit card numbers. We receive transaction confirmations and subscription status from these providers.
Uploaded content: Files you upload to host are stored in encrypted object storage (S3-compatible). We do not access your files except for malware scanning and to provide the hosting service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send transactional emails (account verification, password resets); detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security threats; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processors, email delivery), and when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 90 days. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and hosted files within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted storage, bcrypt password hashing, rate limiting, malware scanning of uploaded files, and regular security audits.
6. Your Rights
